About Kimistry
Meet Kimberly Scott, M.P.A.,Â
Founder and Principal
With over 30 years of Public Administration/Management and civil service experience, Kimberly has held several municipal government high-level management positions in Jacksonville, Florida, the largest city in land mass within the contiguous United States.
Appointed by three mayors and numerous city councilmembers as Director of Regulatory Compliance Department, Interim Director/Operations Director of Neighborhoods Department, Chief of Municipal Code Compliance Division (Code Enforcement), Code Enforcement Administrator, and Contract Compliance Manager, Kimberly also served as a consultant to numerous elected government Executive Branch and Legislative Branch officials for matters related to housing, property safety/zoning code enforcement, and community revitalization.

Kimberly has a Master Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor Degree in Political Science - both from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.
